ZebraWood (Microberlinia brazzavillensis)
This tree is known to be quite expensive due to the fact that the tree grows to be very large reaching heights of up to 150 feet tall along the west African banks. The species population is not endangered but due to the difficulty accessing the trees its price and value tends to be relatively high in comparison to other Congolese woods. Another attribute of this divine wood is its distinct odor that naturalists have concluded tends to repel insects. Luckily due to our special dehydration and weather coating process there is no smell at all.
The unpredictable grain of the white and dark ribbon like stripes make this wood truly amazing.
