Imperial Optics Shipping Information and Policy:


PO BOXES:

Imperial Optics does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by an Imperial Optics representative to change this to an acceptable address.

LEAD TIMES:

The typical lead time from receipt of payment to shipping is 24-48 hours but is subject to variation depending on the volume of shipments taking place. We are a small team (for now) and we will do our best to get your product shipped as soon as possible.


SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Full Tracking.

Typical time for domestic shipping is 3-5 Business Days.


International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail with Full Package Tracking.


Imperial Optics will not be held responsible for packages going to the wrong address if the customer submits the wrong location for shipping. Please be extra careful to correctly and to the best of your knowledge fill out the shipping forms so the packages come to you.


If you give us the wrong address and it leaves our facility we will not be held accountable for the pair of awesome product you just gifted to a random person. If you put the wrong address call us IMMEDIATELY so we can catch the package before it ships. Also note that if postage has already been printed for the package the customer will be held responsible for any additional charges that occur as a result of their error.


But if we just messed up then it’s not your fault and we got you covered. J

Please be aware that Imperial Optics is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service if international fees apply. Imperial Optics has NO control over any factor relating to the transit of the package once it leaves our facility. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Imperial Optics has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
