Damage lens replacement options form:
There are two different options that you can take based on the type of frame you have and your desired outcome:
Option 1: You can have your original lenses replaced with brand new Identical Ones.
The cost associated is $45.

Option 2: You can replace your existing lenses with different brand new lenses that are fully custom. This option is only available for select frame styles and lenses.
The cost of going fully custom is $55.
This option is currently available for:
The Red Tides: available lenses include Black tinted and Red Reflective.
The Tom Collins: available lenses include Black tinted and Red Reflective.
The Walnugs: available lenses include Black tinted and Crystal Brown tint.
The Rincons: available lenses include Red Reflective.
The Dekes: available lenses include Black tinted.
