Problem identified and here is the solution we came up with:

Lenses were damage when they arrived


Before every pair of glasses leave our facility they are triple checked to make sure every package meets out quality standards.

With that said we are only human and sometimes we make mistakes.

If you are truthful that the product arrived to you with damaged lenses and the package arrived within 24-48 hours from today then please fill out the “damaged upon arrival” form shown in the link below.


Please be aware that we trust you are telling us the truth but since people some times stretch the truth we have tracking data that lets us know when the package was ordered and delivered to your house. Please keep this in  mind when you are filing out the “damage upon arrival” form as if we find reason to believe that someone is falsely claiming damages or not telling the truth we will not authorize a product and any damages we incur as a result of the falsehood will be the responsibility of the offender.
