The F.I.T. Test:   Either the CEO or a Secret shopper will go to every establishment and check that the stores are truly awesome.

F: The establishment must have “Friendly” and Helpful Staff

I: The Establishment must have a very Informative staff willing to answer any questions you might have about the products.

T: The Staff must be 100% trustworthy in the information and advice they give you providing a positive shopping and buying experience.
