Problem Identified: I broke my frames.

Mistakes happen and our warrantee covers frame breakage in our simple 1 pair 1 year policy.

This policy allows one frame replacement within one year of the purchase date free of charge. You just cover the shipping.

If its within a year of your official purchase date:

Is this your first frame replacement?     YES    or   NO

This replacement does not cover lens damage!  When we replace your damaged frames we put your original lenses back in the new frames.
